Terms and Conditions

We will send regular reminders before your appointments by email – please ensure you have given us your email address.

Please arrive in time for your appointment late arrivals may result in treatments being shortened.

We will always try and run to schedule but we request your understanding if we do run late occasionally as this may be due to events out of our control.

There may be a rare occasion we need to reschedule an appointment we will always try and give you sufficient notice.

Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation please give at least 48hrs notice. We can be notified by email, text or voicemail at any time.

Failure to do so will result in 50% cancellation fee.

Less than 24hrs notice or failure to show the full treatment cost will be incurred.

If the appointment was part of a prepaid course it will be deducted accordingly.
